PETS Treatment of Vendors and Tables

Location of tables and vendor assignments are the sole discretion of the PETS Committee in coordinating with Hotel Staff.

  1. PETS Committee reserves 2 tables for Rotary Foundation and Polio/Cart Activities
  2. Each District will be given 2 tables/space free of charge
  3. For Profits will be charged a registration fee of $100.00 per person plus $50.00 per table plus $10 for electricity. Meal tickets sold separately.

  4. Non Profits will be charged $50.00 per table plus $10 for electricity. Meal tickets sold separately.
